About Community CareWho is the Community Care Network of Kansas?Community Care Network of Kansas is comprised of health centers and community-based clinics with a common goal of providing high-quality, whole person healthcare for all Kansans. Since 1989, our membership has collaborated to help educate lawmakers on healthcare and health policy issues, advocated for funding, and promoted the availability of services statewide. Community Care is the federally designated Primary Care Association (PCA) for Kansas and receives funds to provide training and technical assistance to member clinics with a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) or Look-Alike (LAL) designation. Our members, community health centers and clinics, provide comprehensive, whole-person care to their patients. We believe in proactive, preventive, and inclusive healthcare that prioritizes community well-being. Community Care Member Clinics offer essential medical, dental, vision, and behavioral health services across Kansas.
