Share Your Medicaid Story
Some states have expanded their Medicaid programs to cover all people with household incomes below a certain level. At this time, Kansas has not. Expanding Medicaid would increase overall access to health coverage and prevent coverage loss for young adults, especially low-income parents.
Community Care Network of Kansas is the state’s Primary Care Association, a nonprofit organization that provides training and technical assistance to safety-net providers and health centers across the entire state.
We are asking residents of Kansas to tell their Medicaid stories so we can share them with policymakers in our great state. Whether you are currently on Medicaid, were on Medicaid, lost Medicaid, were denied Medicaid, desire to see Medicaid expanded, or desire to not see Medicaid expanded…we want to hear from you!
The mission of Community Care Network of Kansas is to support and strengthen our member organizations through advocacy, education, and communication. Our mission is to strengthen, support, and represent our network of members in transforming the communities they serve through equitable access to high-quality, whole person care.
