Clinical leadership has been defined by Jonas et al. (2011) as a term that encapsulates ‘the concept of clinical healthcare staff undertaking the roles of leadership: setting, inspiring and promoting values and vision, and using their clinical experience and skills to ensure the needs of the patient are the central focus to the organization’s aims and delivery’.

Kimberly Luse, Principal and Founder, Strategic Ethical Solutions, Inc. will guide clinical leaders through an intensive two day boot camp aimed at giving clinical healthcare directors tools and resources helpful in becoming strong leaders in their health centers.

Registration fee includes program materials, meals and refreshments. Community Care Network of Kansas strongly encourages and accepts substitutions for registered attendees at any time. All cancellation requests must be received in writing by October 31, 2019, and will be assessed a $25 processing fee (per person). To cancel or request a substitution for registration please contact Community Care ( No Refunds will be issued after October 31. “No-Shows” are non-refundable. Responsibility for full payment amount remains if cancellation request is not received by October 31, 2019.
