About this event:
Community Care Network of Kansas announced the release of the SFY 2020 Capital Investment Grant (CIG) program Request for Proposal (RFP) on June 28.
A technical assistance conference call is scheduled for July 12 at 11:00 am to answer any questions you may have about the application process and the RFP.
As part of the SFY 2020 state funding to primary care clinics, $500,000 is available for the CIG program. The CIG program is a competitive funding process, and applicants choose between two tiers of grant opportunities. A dollar to grant dollar match is required.
- Tier One: mini-grants of $1,000 — $14,999; OR
- Tier Two: major grants of $15,000 — $40,000
Community Care intends to award approximately eight Tier One grants and approximately ten Tier Two grants. Based on the number of applications received and level of funding requested, not all applications will receive funding. Additionally, some projects may be partially funded.
This webinar is intended for Community Based Primary Care Clinic (CBPCC) grantees.
