Rates of sexually-transmitted infections are increasing in the United States, and these infections disproportionately burden LGBTQ people. In addition, transgender women and gay and bisexual men continue to face high burdens of HIV infection. This clinically-focused webinar will highlight state-of-the-art approaches to HIV and STI prevention for LGBTQ people, ranging from well-established interventions such as pre-exposure prophylaxis and vaccinations to novel strategies, including antibiotic post-exposure prophylaxis for STIs.
