The 2018 KAMU Emergency Preparedness training will be held at the Kansas Association of Insurance Agents (KAIA), on May 4.
Captain Gregory Hann of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) will start the meeting by covering the 2017 CMS Emergency Preparedness rule, followed by an in-depth review of the the 3 major components of the rule.
Please bring your clinic’s Emergency Preparedness plan, and All Hazards Risk Assessment.

KAMU will cover the cost of a one night hotel stay — on the evening of Thursday, May 3 for individuals traveling a distance greater than 2 hours away from Topeka. Room reservations need to be made by April 27 to receive the room expense reimbursement.
