Webinar

Please join us for this webinar session to review the Payment Reform Readiness Assessment tool developed by NACHC, with the assistance of John Snow, Inc., to assist health centers in the pursuit of cost-effective care by identifying key competency areas needed for successful implementation of a payment reform model. This Payment Reform Readiness Assessment Tool identifies key competency areas needed for successful engagement in the most prevalent and emerging payment reform models.

It is designed to help to assess your current state of readiness, and to identify areas for improvement. The tool is not specific to one payer type or payment reform model, and is designed to capture core readiness areas that are needed for participation on a verity of payment reform models in use by both public and private payers. Panelist will provide an overview of payment reform and then walk participants through the steps of using the Tool. Finally, panelists will discuss how the data provided will help drive payment reform efforts in Kansas.
