A recognized brand and an integrated marketing plan are critical steps in defining a health center as a provider of choice — rather than a provider of last resort. The shifting health care environment demands health centers have strategic, multi-faceted approaches to marketing, in order to retain and attract patients.

A brand is a pictorial representation of an organization’s identity and may be used evoke an emotional response, such as trust, reliability or caring. In addition to branding, marketing and public relations are critical components of a health center’s image development and business planning. This session will help CEOs focus on practical elements of effective marketing plans, as they position their center in the new healthcare landscape.

Participants in this webinar will learn:
•How to develop and utilize a brand
•Elements of a multi-faceted approach to marketing
•How the right marketing and public relations efforts can influence the development of important partnerships
