Description

Join Rebekah Wallace Pardeck, CPC, CMPE, CPCO, President, Achieve Revenue Management and Nicole Moscateli, CHFP, Managing Consultant, BKD, LLP on August 5 at 1:00 pm. They will cover FQHC Medicare Telehealth Billing and COVID-19. The ability to render care in a nontraditional approach such as telehealth, may be key to maintaining patient access and cash flow. As a Federally Qualified Health Center understanding covered benefits, guidance and related claims information for patients with Medicare coverage can be a challenge both prior to and during the current COVID-19 Public Health Emergency.

They will address approved telecommunication methods and associated Medicare guidance, current as of the presentation date, to assist attendees in navigating billing, coding and claims submission for these services.

Learning Objectives:

  • Identify approved telecommunication methods
  • Define covered telemedicine services
  • Review claim submission guidance
