Using Brand Personas to Create Personalized Engagements with Patients
How can we as health organizations create more personalized engagements with our patients through marketing? Psychologist Carl Jung theorized that humans use symbolism to more easily understand complex concepts. “There are forms or images of a collective nature which occur practically all over the earth as constituents of myths and at the same time, as individual products of unconscious.” Identifying your organization’s brand persona using brand archetypes can allow healthcare marketing efforts to better align and connect with consumer personas and audiences, resulting in increased (and more positive) patient encounters. Healthcare marketer and founder of PANO Marketing, Ryan W. Gates, will lead a discussion about brand personas and strategic marketing practices in healthcare that can better guide consumers through the marketing funnel to create a memorable experience that encourages repeat visits through understanding rational decision-making (and irrational decision-making) processes in consumer behaviors.
