FY2022 Community Based Primary Care Clinic (CBPCC) grant application is now open.

Now more than ever, providing access to high quality whole person care to communities across Kansas is a priority for all of us.  Maintaining stable funding is one strategy for ensuring care for those Kansans who need it most.  In keeping with KDHE’s new requirement that all CBPCC grantees attend grant application training prior to submitting an application, Community Care Network of Kansas is offering two training dates.
