Staff Accountant

Reporting to the Finance and Grants Manager, the Staff Accountant is responsible for assisting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in successfully managing the finance functions of Community Care Network of Kansas.

Associate Accountant

Reporting directly to the Finance and Grants Manager, the Associate Accountant is responsible for recording and maintaining daily financial transactions. The Associate Accountant will work closely with the Operations and Finance team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices.

Healthcare Recruiter/Human Resources Lead

This individual will serve as the healthcare recruiter and human resources lead for Community Care. As a healthcare recruiter, this role works directly with Community Care’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to create, maintain, and support relationships with member clinics in their recruitment of healthcare personnel. As the Community Care internal human resources lead, this role’s functions include but not limited to job posting, hiring, processing annual performance evaluations, and managing company benefits. The Healthcare Recruiter/Human Resources Lead will support the Executive Team with building and sustaining an inclusive and equitable working environment.

Senior Accountant

Reporting to the Finance and Grants Manager, the Senior Accountant is responsible for assisting the Finance and Grants Manager manage the day‐to‐day financial operations. The position is a member of the finance management team which includes the Finance and Grants Manager and the COO/CFO. This position works with the finance management team in successfully managing the finance functions of Community Care Network of Kansas. This position helps develop and ensure compliance with organization’s accounting policies and procedures and assists the finance management team in directing the overall financial plan of the organization. The position ensures accurate and timely financial and grant reporting.
